Forgive me... super post

I'll try dating these the best I can, sorry for not putting them here sooner! The Unit textures were done on Monday  after I got the UVWs from Dale, the table texture, flooring and walls were all done the week before, the map, boulder, earthcore and dinosaur bone texture was done today to fill in the missing gaps. Redoing some of the 2D stuff just to neaten it up like the earthcore picture, was just a bit too fuzzy before.

Teradactyle update!

Ive made the animation slightly differnt, the last one looked a little strange, but it was weird doing this animation, every time I tryed to do a flap up or down it skewed the mesh and just went weird!

also this has chris's texture on, i dont know if you want to do any thing with it emma or if you get time, but we wont see it too closly so i dont think itl need any more work, but let me know!

The forest scene



The tree its self isnt the best thing out there, but from looking at the second pic, i looks alright as a shot! cant do amazing renders on my laptop but ill work more on it today at uni and show some better shots.

Ive also try ed to use as many of chris's textures, ive added a lil bit more detail to the bark, but thats about it!

I know this is a stupidly long post, but thought i would show you both the renders and the textures. Basically i did one for each and changed the saturation for the second, if you think this won't give enough versatility i can do more bush and tree leaves textures :)

Hey chris, looks good, just need you to go over all the green edges a lil more, im going to send you a slightly expanded uv, just overlay the texture uve already done in it and make sure u over paint the edges so theres no white, txt me if you get lost

Updates from people

Hi all, I know it's probably been an unproductive halfterm, I've been doing essay work and all the stuff I've missed from Steve, but I've worked on a new storyboard which is half animatic so we have less guess work to do with any key points of animation.

Anyway, just wanted to see where people were at with basic animations, and we also really need the UVW's sorted out so that me and Chris can start working on textures at some point very soon.

If we're struggling with animation, I'll have a shot at it aswell, or I can substitute what was meant to be 3D with 2D animation in some way.

So yeah! Let's get cracking, 4 weeks to go and this could be bloody epic if we put our minds to it :D
